I can't dilly-dally today on the 'puter, got biz work to do.

Breakfast:
Oatmeal, large with some fruit and bit of maple syrup, and tea: 7

Lunch:
Tuna and rice crackers: 7

Snack:
Some sweets: 5

Exercise: -3

Dinner:
Small pizza slice, chicken breast and salad: 7
